Terms & Conditions
Returns
Due to the custom-made and personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or refunds if you simply change your mind. If bespoke item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence and we will either repair or replace the item.
Payments
A full payment or a non-refundable deposit of 50% is upon placing your order to secure your booking and cover initial material costs. The remaining balance be paid in full before we dispatch your order.
Amendments
Once an order and design proof are confirmed by the buyer, we cannot accept changes or issue refunds for any errors made the buyer, such as spelling mistakes. Please ensure you review all proofs carefully.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights and designs created by Aura & Ash remain the property of the business. Reproduction or commercial exploitation of our bespoke designs without written permission is not permitted.
